Annual STS Math-A-Thon for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital! Over $1K in STS Student, Family, Faculty, Staff and Friend donations!
February 28, 2025 / Awareness Day for Father John's Animal House
This annual Pet Rescue Service Project began in 2022 when three fourth grade students saw the need to support the organizations that focus on saving at-risk cats/dogs from overcrowded animal shelters, nationwide. Those dedicated students, now in seventh grade, continue to inspire STS students, faculty and staff to come together in Service. With two trucks full of donated items and online donations, thanks to all who supported Father John's Animal House!
January 2025 / #CSW2025 and #theSTSdifference...- STS students, Faculty and Staff wore blue in support of the Troopers United Foundation. We gathered $485.00 in donations for The Troopers United Foundation! TUF was created by dedicated NJ State Police Troopers to be of assistance to any and all Troopers, Law Enforcement Officers, First Responders, and their respective families, in the event of a tragedy or illness. - 100-Bag Challenge! Over 100 bags of groceries, delivered by Roxbury's Finest, to Roxbury Social Services Food Pantry. STS students, faculty and staff supported our local community via these generous donations.
- STS students, Faculty and Staff wore “Red, White and Blue”, held a flag-raising ceremony with the help of our Scouts! We gathered $608.00 for the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. Visit t2t.org to learn more!
December 2024-January 2025 / STS Mitten Tree
STS Families and students came together to decorate the "STS Mitten Tree" which facilitated the donation of five shopping bags filled with new hats, gloves, and scarves to Catholic Charities Hope House in Dover, NJ.October-November 2024 / Cross Catholic Outreach's Box of Joy®A #BoxOfJoy is a Christmas “shoe box”, donated and filled with toys, clothing, school supplies, hygiene items, drawings, photos, notes... Each gift includes a rosary and The Story of Jesus, and may be the only Christmas gift children in developing countries are blessed to receive.
Cross Catholic Outreach’s Box of Joy® provides schools, parishes, organizations, and families with an inspiring opportunity to send gifts to Haiti, Guatemala and other developing countries.
STS students and families put together 162 boxes THIS year! As a northern NJ drop-off location serving various Ministries, 38 Shippers (over 680 Boxes of Joy) were collected and shipped out from STS!
September 2024 / Annual Project Grad “Go Gold” Awareness Day
The Class of 2025’s first Service Project, STS students, faculty and staff wore gold! This Service Project collected $400.00 in donations for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital!
