Creating an account in Blackbaud Tuition Management:
- Visit THIS PAGE (www.blackbaud.school).
- Select PARENT LOGIN at the top or bottom of the page.
- On the Welcome screen, select Not registered yet? Begin enrollment at the bottom.
(Do NOT select “I am a first-time user”.)
- Select CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT and enter St. Therese in the search box, selecting one of the following:
ST. THERESE (for K-8 Family Registration, listed as #1) OR
ST. THERESE PRESCHOOL (for PK Registrations, listed as #3)
NOTE: PreK and K-8 have separate enrollment pages/processes. If you have students in BOTH, you will need two account registrations. If your only student graduated PreK last year and is entering Kindergarten, you will need to enroll as in item #3.
You’ll be guided through a series of screens to enter your family and account information.
Be sure to note the Email address and primary phone number you entered, and the Family ID assigned to you.Once you have created an account, the Tuition Coordinator will verify your account and set up billing. You will then receive a confirmation Email from Blackbaud. At that time, go back into the Parent Portal and create a username and password for your family...
Accessing your NEW account in Blackbaud Tuition Management for the 1st time:
- Return to THIS PAGE (www.blackbaud.school).
- Select PARENT LOGIN at the top or bottom of the page.
- On the Welcome screen, select I am a first-time user.
You will be asked to provide two of the following: e-mail address, primary telephone number, Family ID.
Next, you will be guided through a series of screens to create your unique username and password.
